Are passes electronic?

YES. Luckily we can send almost 100% of the passes with e-format, so it is nor any more necessary to send the old paper tickets by courier, neither come personally to our office to get the passes.
You can simply show your pass to the conductor in any electronic device

What if the pass gets lost

As we offer e-tickets, there is always a copy uploaded in the cloud, so one problem less.
A different thing is that you lose your own handset ;)
